2. Job Posting and Advertising
Create job postings for the positions based on the client's requirements.
Utilize various job portals, social media, and the agency's website for advertisement.
3. Sourcing
Source candidates from various channels, including online job portals, social media, Employee Referrals, and the company's own database.
4. Pre-Screening & Document Verification
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the job description
Ensure that all required documents, such as work experience, qualification certificates, and ID proof (passport), are appropriate.
5. Client Interview
Arrange final interviews, either in-person or via video conferencing, for clients to assess candidates' suitability.
Note: In case of a large number of requirements, We always requests clients to come for face-to-face interviews.
6. Job Offer and Offer Acceptance
Coordinate with the client to extend job offers to selected candidates
Ensure candidates accept the job offers and complete any required paperwork.
7. Visa and Immigration Assistance
We will assist the candidate with the visa appointment.
Explain to candidates from where and how to book appointments online.
Describe the documents candidates need to prepare to apply for a work visa (Document Preparation)
Provide assistance in Document attestation/Biometrics and Medical Examination, etc..
8. Post-Placement Support
LX Infratech are always available for both the candidate and the client, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the probation period.
9.Client Feedback
Collect feedback from clients regarding the quality of candidates and the overall recruitment process
Use this feedback for process improvement.
